ive just ordered garlic seeds from online. They've arrived but they seem to have mould on the bottom of the bulb can I still use it or bin it?

Sometimes happens with stored bulbs - break all of the cloves off and only plant those which are firm and I'm sure they will grow fine. The blue mould a penicillin and isn't harmful to the bulbs.
