    I made some years ago using polystyrene fish boxes I got from the chip shop. Covered them in a soil/sand/cement mix and they lasted for years and years. They were just the right size for growing alpines. I am off to the GC tomorrow. I will have a look there as they did use to stock similar, resin type ones. I'll see if they have them and get a makers name.

    Please let us know if you find some! I've collected a heap of polystyrene fish boxes just waiting for me to have a go when the weather is a bit better.
