Nasturtium and Lobelia from seed

timageimageimage

Hi all , thought I would grow some nast/lob from seed this year for planting outside in pots . These have been inside on sunny sill , just read nasturtium should be planted in situ and don't like to be moved , what you reckon ? Also what to do with the Lobelia read that they should be pricked out soon as they show ! can't see how that's possible , should I let them get more established and prick them out in clumps ? Will the Nas survive outside ? (it's freezing here in s.yorks ) Thx

Be careful if the roots of nasturtium and it should be ok. If you've got some seeds left in the packet, poke a few into the ground where you'd like them to grow. Then you've got belt and bracesimage

    In London. Keen but lazy.
  • Thx , not ready for outside yet ? frost is forecast

Keep them inside for a while if you can but you could sow some seeds outside now.

    Definitely keep the lobelia inside.
