Exchorda not flowering

i have had an Exchorda for 3 years. It is about 2ft high and planted in a sunny spot but has never flowereD although the plant appears to be very healthy. Any suggestions? Pd

2 foot is very small, how tall was it when you bought it? Is it growing?

Maybe it's just too young. Have you fed it?
