Looking for a climbing rose

Hello

I'm looking for advice on a nice climbing rose to cover a bare (east facing, sheltered, 2m tall x 3m wide) fence. I was thinking handel but have been advised that it's not the most fragrant. This lead me onto Don Juan which I can't seem to find a UK supplier.

Ideally, I want the looks of the Handel, with the scent of Don Juan. Crimson scarlet was another which I have been looking at. Any ideas?

Just to add something else into the mix, it will be grown from one side of the fence and trained along wires so would need to be big enough to reach the furthest corner. There's a nice concrete slab under the majority of the fence, but about 0.5m to one side of the fence where it could be planted. I was thinking about about running 4 wires at different heights.

Thanks

Two more suggestions for you to look at: Tess of the D'Urbervilles or Crimson Glory
