    Like any plant, water it well before you move it (as they are in pots now, submerge the pot in a bucket of water until you don't see any more air bubbles rising to the surface). Then move it, taking as much of the soil round the roots as you can with it so the roots 'see' the least disturbance. When it's in the new pot, water it once more (just with a watering can this time). Both are quite tough plants, they should be fine.
