My blackbirds love grapes and come ask for them. Do you think it is ok to feed them grapes

Yes. They really appreciate garden feeding in the cold weather when the ground is frozen, not so important now. Blackbirds like picking food off the ground.
The biggest problem I have with blackbirds is making sure I don't stand on them or stab them with a fork when I'm in the garden
They really are cheeky little beggars and will cuss at me if I stay in one area too long because they want to get down amongst the grubs.
