mushroom compost

Hi - a few programmes ago, Monty Don said to mulch with spent mushroom compost. I have looked and looked, but it only seems available in £80 quantities, which is too much for me - both financially, and in volume.
any thoughts?

ah, thanks, pansy face - I've followed that link - minimum order from the organisation is £32, but there is an option to buy a small bag of mushroom compost within that.
Somerset is a bit far from here to pop by unfortunately.
