Obtaining a Lordly Oberon rose

Hello,
Can anyone tell me where (or if) I can obtain a David Austin rose named "Lordly Oberon". A friend of mine in Germany has been trying to track one down there with no luck and asked if I could find one in the UK.
David Austin themselves no longer offer this rose, and my enquires to other garden centres has met with failure too.
If anyone knows where I can buy one of these plants in a condition that will survive being shipped to Germany, please let me know.
