Dying Ivy

We have ivy in both our front and back gardens. The ivy in the back garden died recently, and now that in the front garden has started to die.

All the foliage goes brown and shrivels up.

Has it been sprayed with weedkiller? or are the main roots in your garden? Just thinking if the main stems  are in neighbours gardens they may have chopped them.

  • Neither of our neighbours use weed killer, and one side hasn't dug anything.

  • I have an ivy growing on sidewall of my house. It has been there over 30 years  and is now suffering serous die back. Half of it is crispy brown leaves.  Nothing has been cut or sprayed  so not sure why.  Anyone got any ideas?

  • Why on earth do you have locked images and secret  plants on this site? I can't  be bothered now ?ridiculous.
