Plant ID help please. Causes itchy rash?

AliceiaAliceia Posts: 5

Hi all, my first post! I was hoping someone would be able to help me, I was cutting back a climber in the garden today and its caused myself and my husband to come up in a rash. It was horrible stuff! It has furry branches and yellow flowers and as we cut it back a kind of dust came off of it. Any ideas? I've tried Google but to no avail...I'm hoping that the Gardeners World community will come up trumps! Much appreciated ????
