Plant ID, please

I did sow some seeds this time last year, but the bed got dug up by the wildlife a few times and nothing came up, so no idea what this is, that's taken over the bed!

There's nigella that I left to self-seed amongst it, but the foliage doesn't look the same (fingers crossed though!)

    It is Nigella! Thinning the seedlings (and using them elsewhere) wouldn't hurt.

    The first picture looks a bit like nigella mixed with campanula (pretty blue flowers).  The other photos look like nigella.
