Any suggestions?
I'd like for it to be roughly shaped like a tree that a 5 year old might draw. A brown stick with a green cloud on top.
Small/medium final tree size and fast growing would be perfect but beggars can't be choosers I guess.
Thanks
I've seen Griselinia (small) and Magnolia grandiflora (small-medium) grown as standards.
How tall is 'small' .............. if you really want something about six feet tall you could have a standard lollipop bay tree in a pot https://www.charellagardens.co.uk/large-lollipop-bay-trees-for-sale-full-standard/
I've seen a Photinia ( red robin ) grown like a lollipop, very impressive .
