The second one is a clematis- not sure what kind though.
The first one looks like a red clover.
The clematis looks like an Alpina type - it looks very like one that I grow that is just coming into flower now Clematis alpina 'Willy' http://www.taylorsclematis.co.uk/clematis-willy.html
