Seedlings are sickly yellow

I've grown some seeds from a flower (dahlia or cosmos?) in a propagator and some have come through well and look nice and green but others are a rather washed out yellow colour, are they doomed or is it worth the effort of potting them on.

Many thanks for any answers

    Hi mrfrostie04 image

Can you post a pic of your plants please?

If it won't upload try reducing the size.

Sickly yellow leaves could be due to lack of light or over watering.  A photo would help for best advice.
