I've often asked my Hubby to dress up as Monty but he flatly refuses! imageimage

I'd ask Monty, he's quite response I've heard, drop him an email or tweet or whatever the current method is image

Not quite the same (and not cheap) but same principle...https://www.sarahraven.com/gardening_kit/garden_wear/gardeners_smock.htm

If you search 'gardeners smock' on fleabay you'll find a few more examples

Try googling for fisherman's smocks from Cornwall.

Vendée - 20kms from Atlantic coast.

I used to wear one at art college - still got it somewhere. I've always thought of them as artists' or fishermen's smocks rather than gardening wear. They're tough and keep the wind out quite well, in addition to having big pockets, so good for gardening too though. Mine is liberally spattered with paint.

I'm sure a bring and buy sale at a Russian Gulag would sort you out.

Ever heard of a Ganzi, go to Whitby and the Fishermen's wives will knit you one on four needles, they last a lifetime as we North easterners know.
