Hi Victoria. It looks like a Bergenia to me.
As always, you're brilliant. Just come across this - weed?
It is Claytonia perfoliata also known as Montia perfoliata. Some would classify it as a weed but it is a leaf that can be used in salad. I have it in my garden and it is easy to control. It likes wet soil.
