Disease/Pests on Kale??

Hi, New to these forums.. new to gardening actually.

So i planted some kale a few months ago and ive done a couple harvests already. but recently i kinda just let them grow and im noticing a wierd white/yellow spray paint looking thing on the leaves of my Kale Lacinato. 

Also theres chunks missing out of the leaves, obviously some sort of pest? i cant seem to see any kind of bugs or anything though when i look.

(Also i have blue curly kale and red russian kale growing next to these guys, and the other 2 are doing fine.. no bite marks or wierd colors.)

So what is going on here and what can i do to fix this. thank you!

    What is Sun Scald? can / should i prevent it?

    Earwigs/caterpillars - how can i prevent them from eating my food?
