How deep should I repot my tomatoes seedlings. Up to the first pair of true leaves or up to the seed leaves?

it depends on the stage, if its the first stage, I transplanted just below the the first set of seed leave, I will be reporting the 3rd stage just after the seed leave, so the seed leave is buried
Thanks Seyfades, they are quite large now so will bury the seed leaves.
