matacuna sweet peas

I've sowed around 60 sweet peas this year, aome short ones for pots and lots of different tall varieties, but from my 10 matacuna seeds, none have yet germinated, are they much slower than other varieties, should I have soaked them overnight or are they dud seeds ( they;re from Sarah Raven)
