Mystery plant - kerria?

Melanie35Melanie35 Posts: 10

I saw this plant in someone's garden while out walking the other day. It looks like a white version of Kerria Pleniflora but when I've googled this it doesn't seem to exist.

Does anyone know what it is?

It looks like a Deutzia to me Melanie.

Could it be a prunus glandulosa alba plena?

Good shout DimWit, I think you've nailed it. Its a bit early for Deutzia. image

Thanks all for your responses! That's been on my mind for some time so very grateful.

I did some google searches on the above and I think it is the prunus - the buds and leaves weren't quite right for Deutzia.

Now I know what it is I might treat myself to one...
