I knew one that was trained very successfully against a sunny fence ...... it was glorious on a sunny day to lie on the grass in that garden and enjoy the wonderful scent.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
It is also one of my Fav shrubs/trees as well. I think I will give it a try. Today I bought one from the local garden center and appears young enough to train well.
I thought I would ask my question on this thread. My new 2 litre potted plant was ravaged by snails in September. The 3 main stems I cut to the ground after I saw the snails' handiwork 🙄 ... There has been no growth since. Did I do the wrong thing please? Thankyou!
Sorry to witness the demise of the forum. 😥😥😥😡😡😡I am Spartacus
