And I certainly have had a day of exercise today. Pilates in the morning and the rest of the day tidying up the garden, potting on, doing the edging of the lawn and cutting the grass. The best job ever.

Looks very nice. I over spent the afternoon digging out some iris which had taken over the bed. Tired but happy to cross another job off my list.
I finally made a start on tackling the bed with the totally out of control Japanese anemone in it (been putting it off since autumn
) Only did half but it certainly builds up your core strength, doesn't it?
