Hi Peanuts. The one driving you mad is possibly winter flowering jasmine? Second picture down looks like two shrubs. Photinia with the red, emerging leaves and Skimmia. 10th picture looks like an Euonymus. Sorry about the others but someone will be along who knows them all.

Thank you for these, I'll let her know and do some research for her on what she needs to do with them.

I've got a Pittosporum like the one in picture 10, so your post prompted me to think I should find out how to look after it image

There are lots of pittosporums, but it's this one https://www.rhs.org.uk/Plants/134268/Pittosporum-tenuifolium-Elizabeth-(m-v)/Details?returnurl=/plants/search-results?form-mode=false&query=pittosporum&aliaspath=%2fplants%2fsearch-results

It's in pruning group 1 which basically means you can leave them to their own devices and give them a trim when you fancy it. It's easy to look after (which is why we have it). Last year ours had aphids but they were easily treated.

Here's a more thorough guide to the pruning group, which will be useful when you've identified the other shrubs' pruning groups:
