It could also be the same effect you get on things like Sempervivums - the 'points' on the leaf tips take on a browny tone as they're less fleshy than the rest of the leaf. Aeoniums do that too.
Otherwise - your plant looks fine, as the others have said. I take it you have it in a gritty medium and the pot has good drainage? They don't like wet feet. The pot does look quite small though.

what about a few leaves have brown on the tips.. the ones that are folding backwards... what is that?
We'd need to see a photo. It might be that they're just some older leaves that will die off.
Just a thought - what sort of container and soil is it in? Have you repotted it since you brought if home?
