HI there
I have found some spring bulbs in my potting shed which i forgot to plant, they are still in the packaging and most have started to grow, but have not got very far.
does anyone know if i will be ok to plant them in my garden for next spring?

Yes, plant them out. They probably won't flower but will grow leaves and build themselves up for next year.
Always worth planting, it's not dark yet, get out there and do it
