Tubular Heater for Mini Greenhouse

Today I bought a 4 tier Mini Greenhouse at Wilko for £10.  Very sturdy, worth every penny.

I will be keeping it in my conservatory. Just wondering if anyone has used tubular heater (40W/60W) for mini greenhouses.  Do they provide enough heat?

I have an almost identical one (60W) in my little glass lean to g/house which is 6ft x 2ft x 6ft6
It made almost no difference to the temperature. The heat output is the same as a 60W light bulb.

I now use a 1000w heater set to about 5C which does the job unless it's below 0C and windy

But I wouldn't use it anywhere near plastic.
