Last year I sprinkled some seeds which I don't remember, has now grown bigger about a feet. I am seeing red/orange flower buds. Could someone help me identify please?
Yes, but . . What happens is they grow leggy, so are usually grown as a biennial, sown one year to flower the next, then chucked. They will self seed, especially if they're surrounded by gritty soil where the seeds don't get waterlogged and can germinate in the autumn. It's a species, so will set seed readily. (Comes from central and southern Europe)

You've got wallflowers there - rich scent when they open

Wow Thanks Hortum! I just checked my last year seed purchases. This one has a name Dwarf Wallflower - Erysimum cheiri. Are they perennial?
