Best flowering dwarf plants

As I've only a small front garden the borders are not huge as I've small hedge as bounderay and few plants in front of it (lavender) which I'm going take out and put in back gar as it's too big so looking for dwarf plants that won't grow too quick and flower mostly all spring and summer and colour wise I'd love white oranges or yellows I know vim asking a lot ????????garden get sun mist of day too

    You could try primula for spring colour as well as bulbs like narcissus and tulips.  Those are all perennial so will come back.  If you don't mind buying bedding plants each year, there are lots to choose from which will last all summer such as pelargoniums which come in all of the colours you like, too.

    A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

    Thanks for that did forget about bulbs which I have look at sadly daffodils aren't my thing and looking for more shrub that flowers ,u know I'm a newbie as I'm awful ???
