Seedlings still yellow?

I'm growing bitter gourds and this seedling popped up a few days ago but the leaves are still yellow. Is it a genetic defect or do i need to wait a few more days?

I wouldn't worry - they look healthy enough - they'll turn greener over time - of course some varieties do have yellower leaves than others.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
