Foxglove plugs

in Plants
Hi all, i just got some foxglove plugs (variety snow thimble) delivered and i'm quite impressed with their size. I was going to put them straight into border but decided to pot them on for a few weeks.
Just wondering do you think these will flower this year? I have seeds of the same variety sown and they are absolutely tiny compared to this.
Many thanks

borderline for flowering this year. Foxgloves are biennial, sow last year, flower this year.
I planted out some a bit larger than that about this time last year, (the roots had filled a 3'' pot) some flowered, some are going to flower this year

Thanks nut. I will hope for the best to see some flowers this year..
I also planted a couple of dozen last year - hoping for flowers, but none came - but they will this year as the plants are bigger and stronger now. We had a mild winter and the plants didn't die down completely, but they have plenty of new leaves now.
Mine never die down in winter though some people say theirs do
