What's wrong with this honeysuckle?

I have a winter flowering honeysuckle and the leaves are curling and wrinkly.Any ideas what the problem is and what can be done about it?

Something small has been chewing on it, possibly when it was still in the bud. I wouldn't fret yet, but as soon as it's flowered, trim away the affected bits which will remove any chompers as well, if they're still there.
