If the picture is really what it should be like I would cut it back to a few inches, basically start again. If you are not brave enough to do that, cut half the stems back to a few inches. That will also give you plenty of bits to root. And move it on to a sunny windowsill. Only water it when it is dry. If you are going to repot it mix some perlite or sharp sand in to the compost or buy a bag of cactus compost in the garden centre.
