in Plants
i was given some mixed wildflower seeds last year which I roughly sewed late. Not many flowered but this year the bed is full of new growth. Unfortunately I don't know what any of them are, or even if some are weeds. any you'd recommend I remove/ leave etc? I think one is borage but I'm not sure which one

#1 is Musk mallow (Malva moschata)
#2 looks like Geum urbanum but could be another geum
#3 & 4 could be evening primrose (Oenothera biennis)
#5 is probably common primrose (Primula vulgaris)

Check the leaves of the last one - a strong earthy, even rank, smell? Looks like figwort to me. 4 is one of the campions, red, I think.

Joyce - without a photo there's no way we could make an ID - it could almost anything.
Is there no way you or someone could take a photo?
