hi, could anyone tell me what this is and also theories as to why it might not be very healthy please

    a very poorly viburnum tinus sprung to mind. But agree, a better photo might be more helpful.

  • Whatever it is, it's been vine weevil'd.I can see the notches in the leaves. That would indicate the grubs are in the soil eating the roots. Could it be a dead trachelospermum?
