Balcony ralining and fence planters

Hello,
Can any one recommend any good quality planters that fit to or hang on railings and fences?
I am looking for some that are stable and wont come flying off if its windy...
Any recommendations would be much appreciated

Those wire wall trough planters with a liner should stay put if you used cable ties to attach them to a railing.
