Houseplant identification

Does anyone have any idea what this houseplant is? I inherited it but didn't like it much as it was looking scraggy. I put it on a north facing windowsill and now it's grown like Topsy!

A side on photo of it. It's some form of succulent. Any ideas how to propogate it as I want to get rid of the straggling bits but would like to make use of them to make new plants.
Looks like peperomia obtusifolia variegata to me.
