Is my new strawberry tree ok?

Hi All
I bought this young strawberry tree a few weeks ago on impulse, and only noticed when I got home and looked up care instructions that none of the pics online had spots on the leaves. The one I bought is covered in them! I was hoping that maybe they'd 'go away' when I planted it out, but they are still there ... Do I need to do anything/worry/take it back?

Can't do links, but look up Arbutus Leaf spot. Hope this helps.
Thanks Guys for your replies, it looks very much like arbutus leaf spot right enough :-( It was in a pot, I guess it could have been in the nursery a long time. I've put it in the ground, and cut off the worst looking leaves. Fingers crossed!! Thanks for your help :-)
