Does anyone else grow this?

It is in flower now and the scent is lovely.

That's nice Berghill, what does it need to keep it happy?

Well, ours is growing in fairly rich, well drained soil in a south facing part of the garden. The position was chosen because that's where we had space, not for any special needs.

Seems that it produces very nice fruit, if one has male and female versions. Not sure what ours is.

Not sure where we bought this without going and finding the label. Best guess is a Nursery in Cheshire called Morrey's. Proper nursery selling own grown trees, shrubs and perennials at good prices, usually.

Not begun to sucker yet. Not unhappy if it does, there is plenty of room in the bed in which is resides.
