I bought one of these last year but it seems to have now gone green. Do I need to do anything or will it be more colourful later in the year?

Mine is green too and it's just in my border. I was hoping it would turn blue later in spring?.
Thanks Verdun, sorry, I should of mentioned, it is in a pot in a fairly sunny position. Do you think I should divide it? if so, how do I go about it please? Will it also need a specialist feed to remain blue like a Hydrangea?
