Blind snowdrops

I planted some snowdrop bulbs in pots last Autumn, they have all come up, but some have not flowered, are they likely to flower next year or should I only plant the flowering ones in the garden?

Plant them all - this often happens with bulbs during their first year.  Next year they will almost certainly all flower.

A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.
