Armillatox substitute for cleaning patio/decking?

My patio and decking have a build-up of algae, moss and lichen ( little white circles ).

I used to use a 1:100 dilution of Armillatox, spray it on and leave it.

Armillatox is no longer manufactured.

Someone suggested Jeyes Fluid.

Can anyone recommend an Armillatox substitute that cleans patios/decking of algae, moss and lichen, please?

I guess if you use any toxic material, you just need to be aware of the possible run off into the rest of  your garden ?

    Yes, thank you.

I have just about enough Armillatox for one treatment. Armillatox no longer makes the product but they tell me to be sparing with it - just wet the slabs, enough to soak into the lichen blobs etc. So a watering can is too uncontrolled for my taste, I'll use a Hozelock pump-up sprayer that can be quite precisely adjusted.
