Spanish bluebells have much broader leaves and their flower colour is usually a less intense blue or a pink or a white.  The flowers are also fatter.   The native bluebell hangs its bells in a delicate arch from one side of the stem.  Spanish stems are more upright and the flowers are not all on one side.
