I have just bought some Pheasant's eye scarlet Chalice seeds. I would like to start them off in the cold GH but the packet says sow direct outdoors. I am concerned the seedlings (if they germinate) will get munched by slugs or just not germinate if I sow them directly outdoors.
Has anyone successfully grown these flowers, would you recommend them?
