Mini pvc greenhouse

I bought a wilko mini pvc greenhouse but as you know they are not strong enough to sustain wind most especially with recent wind in South East England, so I put the greenhouse in the dining room by the French good ( picture attached). I planted my onions sets in cells on the 17th Feb and put the cell trays in the greenhouse with the zipped close, the sets sprouted quickly, I will growing all my vegetables in containers on the patio, can I transplant the onions now?

Considering the greenhouse is indoors, should I be closing the zip?

Also , I planted some sweet peas seeds and they sprouted but are leggy, should I start them again?

I have pit the sweet pea on the windowsill tonight to see if they will get better.

How one should I use the greenhouse indoor to start my seedlings?

Your advice will be appreciated.

I would start your sweet peas again and keep them ona bright windowsill to germinate. As soon as they have their first true leaves harden them off and let them grow on outside. They need more light than they can get in a plastic greenhouse indoors.

I would remove the plastic cover from the greenhouse and simply use the shelves placed up close to the window to start off your seedlings.
