Anyone know what this is?
I am having a hard time identifying if its a fungus or a bug.
Bought this at a nursery then left it outside for a few weeks. Brought it in and it has all these brown spots all over the stems. I also have some strange orangish brown stuff on the base.

I would guess at fungal especially as it was outside & now you have brought it into warmer conditions.
Take it back to Nursery you bought it from if they are an established firm they should replace it for you provided keeping it out was an appropriate thing to do.
