Why have my bitter gourds stopped growing?

After my bitter gourds geminated, I moved them near the window sill and I think they stopped growing. Will it continue to grow or will it die because the window sill is a little cooler?

You're going to have to be patient.  It's more usual to wait to sow plants like gourds and squashes just 4 to 6 weeks before the last frosts are expected so April for most people in the UK.    They need light and warmth to grow and there isn't enough this early in the year unless you have a propagator with constant heat and then a greenhouse with constant heat to grow them on till it's safe to plant them out.
