  • What a lovely photo, hope they do well, do you have a good supply of caterpillars? It's been so cold here and I've only spotted one butterfly - an orange tip, nothing else. Don't put our whole peanuts for them at this time of year as they will choke the chicks.

    I only put out mealworms & water at this time of year.

    Mum & Dad (Blue Tits) come and go very quickly from my garden to local fields ... within 1 or 2 mins are returning swiftly with food for their hatchlings.

    I could sit and watch them all day, but have too many other tasks and gardening to do! ... image
