Dalek compost bins.

Please could you advise: a friend has asked me to help with two of these, packed, she says, with slimy green garden waste from last year. I use open bins and have never tackled these. Any help would be appreciated.

sounds like too much grass last year, you need to turn the bin - lift the bin off, put all the gunk in a wheelbarrow and then put back into the bin mixing in plenty of shredded newspaper, should be ok by spring.
