Coral Spot on Rowan

Assume this is Corel Spot which I spotted on a young Rowan I planted a couple of years ago. It appears to be the only area of the tree that I can see it on and I've cut off the offending tiny branch off the main trunk. Do I need to do anything more? I understand that there are no specific sprays or fungicides.
